FORMAL HOUSEKEEPER / MAID

A man hired to perform the laborious tasks, heavy lifting and general maintenance work in a household. He is there to assist other staff members as needed, carry heavy items, set up equipment, fix machine related devices, clean the outside grounds, provide exterior maintenance, holiday and household decoration and installation, climbing ladders and simple gut cleaning.


DOMESTIC COUPLE

Male and Female team, sometimes a husband and wife that partner to provide care to Estates and Households. The duo will split the job duties consisting of interior and exterior work. The wife will typically take on cooking or assisting the Private Chef, serving, paying bills, while also assisting the housekeeper as needed. The Husband will arrange for the exterior care and heavy maintenance of the property. This couple will likely be appointed to training other staff members inside of the home, much like an estate or household manager, in accordance with the Employer’s preferences.


PRIVATE CHEF

Employed to handle procuring and designing menus as well as carrying out meal preparation for casual and fine dining experiences.


CHAUFFUER / DRIVER

a person employed to drive a passenger motor vehicle, especially a luxury vehicle such as a large sedan, limousine or other luxury vehicle provided by employer.


HOUSE MANAGER

is hired to keep things running smoothly in the employer's home. Common duties include grocery shopping, laundry, running errands, light tidying, making appointments, coordinating travel, handling household billing, maintaining cars, buying gifts on their employers' behalf, as well as overseeing other staff in the home, creating schedules for other employees, handling payroll, keeping receipts and vendor items organized, reporting directly to employers.


ESTATE MANAGER

Estate Manager is responsible for the bigger picture of the Estate scheduling maintenance and repairs, managing landscaping issues, maintenance of the grounds, managing staff, budgets, and large-scale renovations or construction projects inside and outside the homes, they’ll deal with vendors and handymen. They can coordinate on Staff Supervision, Performance Reviews of staff members, Annual Contract Negotiation, Budget and System Management, Employer Liaison (on behalf of the employer)


PROPERTY MANAGER

An individual that is hired by a property owner for the purposes of overseeing and managing daily operations of the property or properties. This person acts on behalf of the owner to preserve the value of the property while generating income for the owner. The obvious advantage to hiring a property manager is that it removes the need for the owner to be nearby and actively managing the property.


 
 

FAMILY ASSISTANT

A person hired to take on an array of duties for a busy family. This includes organizing family calendars, arranging travel, planning and preparing meals or assisting the other employees and providing childcare assistance if needed.
